Event description

Description

Are you looking for employment?

Are you looking to move to a better job?

Do you have children leaving School, TAFE or University in the near future?

Do you wish to make the best of every opportunity in this very difficult job market?

We have a strictly limited number of people per course. A maximum of 15. You will not be sitting in a large seminar room and just a number, but be given one on one attention.

Some people are charging $250 just to write you a CV. We believe in the old saying "Give a man a fish, and you feed him for a day. Teach a man to fish, and you feed him for a lifetime.

The course includes a copy of Barry's book 'How To Get That job'. This book was recommended when originally published by the Human Resource Managers of such companies as General Motors and Coles (WA). This is a completely new and updated edition.

We also include a copy of 'The only money guide you'll ever need" by one of Australias most respected financial advisors, Scott Pape. Scott's column appears each week in the Sunday Times

As you are aware WA has the highest unemployment rate in Australia and it’s still climbing. FrontoftheQ runs a 1-day training course to give their attendees some vital insights and techniques to assist them in this highly competitive job market. Run by 2 leading industry experts, Barry Newman-Sparks author of 'How To Get that Job' and the General Manager of some of the most successful recruitment agencies in Australia. The second is Amanda Mackay the presenter of Job Search and Interview techniques at Schools, TAFE’s and Universities. Both Barry and Amanda have many testimonials re the quality of their work from courses provided to Universities (ECU), Central Institute of Technology, St Brigid’s College plus many individual job seekers.

FOTQ aims to provide to a diverse range of attendees a positive and enriching experience to enable them to have increased skills with which to tackle the ever changing and challenging employment landscape.

• The main objective of the course is to raise your ability to compete in a crowded job market.

• To raise the self-esteem of the participants involved in the course.
