As applications for the second round open, Pollenizer presents an event that will help you develop your pitch and begin your journey with muru-D.
A Lean Canvas Master Class
Pollenizer’s startup coaches walk you through the Lean Canvas and provide a framework to help you deliver a better pitch.
You will learn:
- How to visualise your entire business on a single page
- How to use a Lean Canvas to validate your assumptions
- How to differentiate your startup from the next
- How to structure a mini-pitch, and deliver it in 60 seconds
- How to identify the gaps in your startup, and address these for your muru-D application
With hands-on coaching from Pollenizer, you can expect to gain confidence in your startup and be able to create a more effective pitch by the end of this 2 hour workshop. Attendees will also receive inside tips to improve your startup and help get you “muru-D ready”.

Who should attend

Pollenizer is Australia’s first incubator founded in 2008. Currently they incubate their own startups, while designing accelerator systems for partners to support startup communities globally. Startup Coaches lead and educate through a discipline built at Pollenizer known as startup science.
Steve Sammartino - Pollenizer
Steve has worked in the largest of companies, including the world’s biggest advertising agency and the world’s biggest Consumer Goods Company (both at Director level) as well as startups he’s founded and sold. He’s also done a lot of crazy projects including putting a lego space shuttle into actual earth orbit, and is a Director at Australia's first new car company in over thirty years.
Rachel Bui - muru-D
Rachel is the communities manager and startup diplomat at muru-D. On a daily basis, Rachel connects the different parts that make up muru-D's accelorator program, ensuring their startups know what they need and when.
Ronald Li & Ross Wright - Zed Technologies
Zed Technologies is a startup that recently graduated from muru-D's class #1 this month. Founders, Ronald and Ross will join us to provide insights on their journey through the muru-D program. They will be onhand for questions that may assist startups communicating their business through the application process.
