Do you love starting off your weekend with an epic gym session? Then we have the perfect event for you.
Bee Smith, UC grad and PT at BeeSmithFit, has organised a half day UC Alumni exclusive boot camp designed to show you how you can build strength and fitness through exercise. To add to this, she's combined this class with a health and wellness presentation.
Passionate about positively changing people's lives through fitness, Bee has designed her programs to positively transform your body and change your life for the better!
Sound good? Grab your active wear and head down to the University of Canberra ovals for a morning of health and wellness.
How it will work:
9:30am: 45 minutes PT session
10:30am: 45 minute health & wellness presentation (get all the tricks of the trade!)
11:30am: Delicious (and healthy) early lunch.
What you need to know:
Arrive around 9:15am
Suitable for all ages and fitness levels
Wear your gym gear and runners
Free on-site parking.
What to bring:
Drink bottle and towel
A notebook and pen (just in case!)
