2020 Monthly Yoga Gentle Yoga Practice will go for 45mins Practice Yoga with us online

Level of expected fitness is mobile enough to sit on your mat, cross legged and able to come up to standing.

Use your own yoga mat if you have one

Dress in comfortable clothing.

Gain access to online content by making a booking.

We will begin with a meditation and introduction.

Gentle stretching warm up, then seated and standing Asanas.

Coming back gown to our mat for cool down and final resting pose.

We will go through a 5 minute meditation then close.

Each month with have a different focus.

Starting in April we will focus on strengthening the immune system.

About the Facilitator

Pippa is a Level 1 Yoga Teacher with experience teaching with a local Community Group. She has completed her Yoga Teacher Training with My Health Yoga. She has also studied Yoga with Universal Class. Her practice has expanded over 14 years.

Pippa is also a qualified Fitness instructor and Personal Trainer.

She practices gentle Yoga.
