Please note once purchased all ticket sales are final and are not date transferable for any reason.

Indoor:

Indoor hot spring Bath

Indoor cold spring Bath

Outdoor:

3 outdoor hot spring baths

Cave:

4 smaller hotspring baths inside a cave

Tea room:

Tea room is open exclusively to bath house guests and offers a range of organic herbal tea and Japanese eats. (additional cost)

Are there ID or minimum age requirements to enter the event?

Yes, minimum age is 15 years old

What are my transport/parking options for getting to and from the event?

There is plenty of parking.

If catching the train, get off at Lithgow station and there is a free taxi phone there. The Taxi from Lithgow station to us is around $35-$40

What can I bring into the event?

You will need to bring swimming costumes and towels.

Things you are able to bring include a bottle for drinking water, toiletries such as shampoo, conditioner or body wash.

Things not to bring?

Food or drinks other than water. Please note there is no bringing of your own food or drink into the property.

Body scrubs and face masks are not allowed to be worn in the bath house

What's the refund policy?

Full refund until 7 days before the date booked in accordance with the Eventbrite cancellation policies. 7 Days prior to the booking no refund or date transfer will be given so please be sure when purchasing tickets.

Is my ticket transferrable?

If you are unable to attend and would like someone else to attend in your place, as long as they have the tickets with them they will be able to take your booking.
