Gender and Disaster Australia In Conversation with Professor Michael Flood
Overview
Gender and Disaster Australia is the national leader working at the intersection between gender and disaster. We provide evidence-based education, training, and resources to address the harmful impacts of gendered expectations before, during, and after disasters.
Throughout 2026 we'll be hosting a series of unmissable webinars with renowned speakers where Dr Margaret Moreton, CEO at GADAus will lead us all into a thoughtful and insightful conversation that explores disaster through a gendered-lens. We'll also open the floor to the audience to hear the issues that matter most to you in a Q & A.
