Meditation is one of the most accessible routes to you feeling happy, content and at peace. It is a natural source of reducing cortisol levels in your body, calming your heart rate, blood pressure and inflammation in the body. It eases anxiety, stress, fear, negative thinking and worry.
Cortisol is a stress hormone that interferes with learning and memory, lowers immune function, increases weight gain, blood pressure, cholesterol, heart disease and more! Chronic stress and elevated cortisol levels increases the risk for depression, mental illness, and lowers life expectancy.

Meditation is an inward journey, unique to every person and is a time where full attention is on yourself. Consistent meditation practice promotes less stress and more emotional balance because the threat system of the brain, the amygdala, your fight or flight response, is not active. When the amygdala is at rest, so are you. This is when self healing begins.
You have the ability to calm yourself in times of anxiety, stress, fear, negative thinking and worry. Meditation is a powerful and practical tool to change your life when it’s not working for you.
I'll guide you into visualing your life without worry, stress, anxiety and doubt, so you can see the life that is possible and waiting for you.

Arrive at 7.15pm for a 7.30pm start!
Bring your own mat, blankie and pillow for extra comfort.
The room will be warm, cosy and filled with love.
