Our May event will be facilitated by Jann Kinsela, most recently Director, Talent, Learning & Development for Alcoa National. An international human resources and employee relations expert who has worked for over 25 years in both Australia and the USA in manufacturing, distribution and wine industries, Jann's expertise lies in organisational culture, development and industrial relations. Throughout her career she has been involved in programs to effect change including people strategies, cultural change, employee relations, diversity and inclusion, mentoring, mergers and acquisitions. Her last role at Alcoa saw Jann oversee the Human Resources function during the shutdown of Alcoa at Point Henry, Geelong and Anglesea which involved dealing with the retrenchment of hundreds of employees as well as managing the industrial relations elements of such an operation. Jann is a committee member of the Geelong Chapter of AHRI and is currently working with Enterprise Geelong on an exciting project.
