Grab your computer, console, handheld and boardgames to celebrate Jordan.

About this Event

Jordan meant alot to each and every one of us and anybody you talk to has a different story of how they met. But one thing we can all agree on is Jordan made us all laugh, cry and sometimes rage!

Grab your computer, console, handheld and boardgames. Come down and celebrate, share stories and hand a great night with some awesome games that Jordan used to play.

Please note there will be no ticket sales at the door. You must pre purchase them here.

General Information:

A "LAN" is an event where a whole bunch of computers are connected together for the purpose of playing multiplayer video games with and against others in the same place.

Why come to our event when you could just play games online?

Well, we have a range of prizes up for offer for your participation. You can meet and talk to current and new friends over food, and best of all claiming bragging rights in the event of your victory.

What to Bring:

  • Your Own PC, console, handhelds, boardgame
  • Monitor
  • Mouse
  • Keyboard
  • Power board
  • 5m ethernet cable
  • Head set or head phones (no speakers allowed)
  • Snacks, food and drink
  • We will order pizza as a group on the night so have some cash on hand if you'd like to join in. Otherwise byo dinner.

Terms and Conditions

By completing this registration for the Gawler LAN Remastered event you accept the Terms and Conditions as outlined below:

• I give permission for the above mentioned participate to attend the Gawler LAN Remastered stated above.

• I give permission for the Town of Gawler staff and/or volunteers to provide or obtain medical treatment for the participant if he/she were injured or become unwell (including calling an ambulance) at my cost.

• I understand that the Town of Gawler ensures they and their Service Providers holds appropriate accident and liability insurance and that all due care will be taken to ensure the safety of participants while attending the Gawler LAN Remastered.

• I understand that the Town of Gawler accepts no responsibility for lost or damaged personal items including phones, computers, gaming consoles, and other personal items.

• I understand that Council provides a duty of care during the event hours only. Council is not responsible for young person’s getting to or from events.

• Participants 12 years old and over can sign themselves in and out of the Gawler LAN Remastered event/s, unless there is a court order in place.

• I understand that if a court order is in place and the participant is under 18 years of age the person allocated to pick the young person up needs to sign the young person and out of programs.

• It is the responsibility of the participant to communicate to the Admins if they are choosing to leave the facility and not return whilst the event is operating.

• I understand that my personal details will be added to the Town of Gawler database. This is stored in a confidential place and will not be provided to any other organisation without your written consent. These details may be used to promote programs and events occurring in the Library, Youth Space, or other Town of Gawler facilities, i.e. Learn to Swim.

• I acknowledge that there is free Wi-Fi at the Civic Centre. There are restrictions in place, however Council staff/volunteers cannot monitor or control how or what individuals use beyond these measures.

• I understand that CCTV is active across the building to ensure public safety.
