Garden Yoga – Strength and Balance

Join this invigorating vinyasa yoga class to improve balance and strength of body and quieten the mind. This yoga class is followed by relaxing meditation and breathing sequences
The class is male and female friendly and suitable for all ages and fitness levels – beginners to advanced. No experience necessary.
Our talented yoga instructor has created sequences that take into consideration the various ages and fitness abilities. Each pose can be modified so that it is appropriate for varying levels of strength and flexibility.
The classs is best suited to adults but persons 15 years and older welcome.
Cancellations will only occur if:
• minimum participants of 8 is not achieved 2 hours prior to class start time
• the instructor is ill and unable to deliver the class
If inclement weather occurs, the class will either be transferred to an onsite undercover venue or cancelled.
In all circumstances listed above where cancellation is required, registered participants will be notified by email or phone with the choice of a refund or to transfer their ticket to a future Garden Yoga class within the month.
