Description

If you’d like to learn ideas and recipes on how to preserve seasonal vegetables or fruit at home, then this workshop is for you. Great for beginners to get all the hints and tips on how to make jams, preserves, butters or savoury pickles and chutneys. You will learn about the practices of sterilising, heating and storing your preserved foods.

Participants will also take home recipes to try at home.
