Description

In this workshop, Chef Gerry will demonstrate how to make some luscious recipes using leftover food and produce available in our gardens. What a great way to save money and reduce food waste! You’ll also learn how to create the perfect pastry.

These sustainable workshops are funded by Campbelltown City Council with the goal of increasing environmental stewardship within the Campbelltown community.
