Garden to Table - Meditteranean Food Culture

You might have heard a lot about the health benefits of a Mediterranean diet rich in olive oil, wheat and other grains, fruits, vegetables and seafood. In this workshop, the Centre's gardener and chef work together to share their knowledge of Mediterranean food culture.
You'll learn about the main ingredients in Mediterranean cuisine and how to grow the many vegetables, herbs and spices in your own garden. You'll also learn about the benefits of growing your own produce. Our chef will demonstrate some wonderful Mediterranean dishes to inspire you to cook your own.
