Learn how to make delicious jaffles, pastries, curries & pies from leftovers and seasonable produce.

About this Event

Winter brings cooler weather and is a great time of year to enjoy comforting and tasty dishes like jaffles, pastries, curries and pies. In this workshop, Chef Gerry will demonstrate how to make some luscious recipes using leftovers, seasonal produce, and herbs grown in your garden. He'll also show you how to create the perfect pastry.

You'll get some great tips on how to save money and reduce food waste.

COVID Safe Plan

MCSL has a Covid Safe plan. Workshops are restricted to 24 adults in the venue room. Social distancing requirements will be observed. All equipment will be sanitised before and after each workshop. Hand sanitiser and hand washing facilities will be provided.

These sustainable workshops are funded by Campbelltown City Council with the goal of increasing environmental stewardship within the Campbelltown community.
