Fondue – that Swiss inspired dish of melted cheese or chocolate served in a communal pot in which you dip in with pieces of rustic bread or pieces of tasty fruit or even pastry. Fondue is one of those dishes that is back in style again and at this free workshop, Chef Gerry will show you how to make them and how to make use of seasonal produce in your garden to add flavour and style to your fondue.
