Garden to Table - Eastern European Food Culture

Eastern European cuisine comprises a rich tapestry of ethnic cuisines from many cultures, languages, and histories of Eastern Europe. In this workshop, the Centre's gardener and chef work together to share their knowledge of Eastern European food culture.
You'll learn about the main ingredients in Eastern European cooking and how to grow the many vegetables, herbs and spices in your own garden. You'll also learn about the benefits of growing your own produce. Our chef will demonstrate some wonderful Eastern European dishes to inspire you to cook your own.
