In this workshop, MCSL Chef, Gerry Barbara, will demonstrate how to make some luscious recipes using leftover food and produce available in our gardens.
Gerry will also share some great tips on how to avoid food waste. Cooking with Leftovers is a great way to save money and reduce food waste!
COVID Safe Plan
MCSL has a Covid Safe plan. Workshops are restricted to 22 adults in the venue room. Social distancing requirements will be observed. All equipment will be sanitised before and after each workshop. Hand sanitiser and hand washing facilities will be provided.
This sustainable workshop is funded by Campbelltown City Council with the goal of increasing environmental stewardship within the Campbelltown community.
