Our cooking concierge will take you through a bundle of useful culinary skills, with a focus on using seasonal vegetables. You’ll leave with a full belly, some useful recipe cards and a tasty take-home snack.

Melanie Lionello is passionate about cooking and good food. She grew up cooking with her grandparents, parents and sister. It didn't matter if the menu was mud pies, imaginary cakes, or homemade lasagna, she was always allowed to get her hands dirty.
Melanie’s passion and eagerness for food knowledge led her to university, where she completed her Bachelor's degree in Human Nutrition and went on to complete her Honours thesis in Turkish culinary culture.
