Event description

Description

In the spirit of 2019 being the United Nations International Year of Indigenous Languages and the national NAIDOC theme being 'Voice Treaty Truth', the ANUSA Indigenous Department is hosting a session with Gamilaroi language teacher Tracey Cameron on Gamilaraay language and its revival. This is a great opportunity to get an introductory lesson on one of the only Australian Indigenous languages offered at the ANU via courses AUST1001, INDG2003 or INDG2005.

Spaces are limited to 15 people.

The venue of this event is physically accessible. The closest parking (including accessible parking spaces) is the Baldessin Parking precinct and the parking lot behind the Chancellery Building on Ellery Crescent.
