Game Changers — in conversation with Wayne Gerard
Thu, April 27, 2017, 6:00 PM – 7:00 PM
Facilitated by Ray Weekes, Chairman of The CEO Institute, the Game Changers series brings innovation leaders from business, technology, and creative industries to share their insights with aspiring Queensland entrepreneurs. This is your chance to ask how local entrepreneurs and business leaders build companies, reinvent themselves generation after generation, inspire teams, and envision success.
Our first Game Changers conversation this year showcases the intelligence and entrepreneurial skill of Wayne Gerard, CEO of RedEye Apps — a tech startup leading new ways of managing, sharing and storing engineering drawings and data in the mining, oil and gas, utilities and infrastructure industries globally. Wayne’s driving passion has helped establish Queensland as a world leader in the innovation of technology solutions.
In June 2015 Wayne was the first startup entrepreneur to be appointed to the QLD Premier’s Business Advisory Committee, and was also awarded the 2015 Queensland Entrepreneur of the Year Pearcy Award.
Following the event we invite you to network with Wayne and other business leaders on the stunning Queensland Terrace.
Games Changers is part of the Queensland Business Leaders Hall of Fame initiative, proudly presented by State Library of Queensland, QUT Business School and the Queensland Library Foundation.
