Futureproofing Our Gardens
Event Information
About this event
We can all do something to help our native flora and fauna survive and prosper, as well as protect our landscape from the changing climate.
No matter how small or large your backyards are, we hope that you come away from this workshop feeling empowered to make your garden a resilient haven for humans, flora and fauna.
It is exciting to be a part of the growing network of people in the Shire who appreciate our wildlife and the beautiful natural environment, and we are fortunate to present the following speakers:
- Luke Maitland - Director @ Native Grace nursery, Robertson
- Karen Guymer - Coordinator Natural Resources, WSC
- Jill Cockram - SH Community Gardens Network & RegenAction
- Robertson Environment Protection Society
- Ange Clarke - Convener of the Robertson Community Gardens
Please register for this event as wet weather plans will be emailed to you closer to the date.
This is the inaugural event of the Sustainable Us initiative, an annual series of workshops and events to support your journeys to more sustainable living.
