We see the future of food coming from our urban environments. Productive buildings with thriving ecosystems which sustain their inhabitants. Matt, Jo and Joost would like to welcome you into their home for dinner and a glimpse into the future.

A multi-course dining and beverage experience in a building that produces its own food and power.

Ticket price includes food & beverage. *Please be aware this a communal 3-3.5 hour dining experience.

*The menu is pescatarian but can be adapted for vegan. Please advise on booking.

*Seating Allocation: Future Food System is a house, and as such you will be dining in an open kitchen / dining area of the house. There is a total of 14 guests per sitting - to be seated across three tables and an island bench.
