About this event

The STEM College incorporates the fields of sciences, engineering, computing technologies and health and medical sciences.

Presenter: Jianhu Shen

Position: Lecturer – (School of Engineering)

Dr. Jianhu Shen obtained his doctoral degree at Swinburne University of Technology after he obtained his bachelor and master’s degree of engineering from Taiyuan University of Technology. After three years postdoc research work focusing on design and optimization of smart materials and structures in Centre of Innovative Structures and Materials at RMIT University. His recent research has been focused on design smart mechanical metamaterials and their potential applications after construction by 3D printing. Dr. Jianhu Shen published more than 60 journal papers with a H-index of 22 on google scholars
