Future-Ready: Increasing Accessibility & Including NDIS Clients is a free, online-first program built for small businesses who want practical, easy-to-implement steps to welcome customers with disability — including NDIS participants. The program combines four short, professionally captioned on-demand video modules with plain-English written lessons and a downloadable one-page Accessibility Action Plan. Complete the modules at your own pace and join a single, short live online workshop (60–90 minutes) or moderated text-only office hours to co-design your Action Plan and ask questions. Bookable 30-minute advisory clinics provide tailored implementation support, and you can apply for a funded Letter-of-Support Pilot that offers remote site-scans, expert spot-audits and a 1-page evidence brief suitable for marketing or council engagement.
