Description

What's it all about?

We're inviting you to challenge everything you think you know. What does the future look like? What will that means for you, in your current role, when you retire or for your children? How do you stay relevant in a rapidly changing environment? What will it take to future-proof your career?

You may have studied here 50 years ago, or you may have just graduated. What we all have in common is the future is changing, and it's changing at a rapid pace. The jobs we know now, will not be relevant ten years from now.

What will you get out of it?

Register now for an interactive workshop hosted by internationally renowned strategist and futurist, Nils Vesk. During this Canberra-first half-day workshop, you will explore three critical themes; what's next in trends, what's next in service; what's next in people.

Want to know how to create that 'game changer' before your competition does? Now's the time to discover the next emerging trends that will impact you, your team and your customers and how to capitalise on it fast and risk-free.

You'll discover the latest innovation generating breakthroughs to innovate across every aspect of your business - discovering and converting emerging trends into groundbreaking products, disruptive customer experience innovations and game-changing organisational leadership innovations. We'll look at emerging socio-cultural trends, when and how they're likely to impact you. You will develop your own future strategy map and future trends chart that responds and capitalises on the trends unique to your organisation and industry.

We don't want to 'talk at you', we want to 'empower you' with tools and insights you can use the moment you leave the workshop. Strategic, cutting-edge thinking that translates into commercial results.

About Nils Vesk

As a pioneering innovation expert, Nils Vesk is continually reinventing ways to make innovation practical, accessible and replicable for everyone. Nils Vesk has been applying, teaching and researching innovation around the world for over 18 years. The key innovation problem he solves is that organisations have too few innvations and they are too far apart. Having spearheaded the science of diagnosing and prescribing critical innovation skills, Nils has reinvented the innovation process, through the use of innovation archetypes. By matching the right perception to a specific situation we can hatch the innovation.

Nils is the author of the innovation book Innovation Archetypes: democratising innovation (2015), Ideas with Legs: how to generate and realise ideas (2011), Life's little toolbox: tips for a happier healthier you (2003) and co-author of Ideas: original perspectives on life and business from leading thinkers (2006).

He led us, he guided us, he facilitated, he challenged us, and most importantly he helped us innovate and become thought leaders.
