Description

Following on from a successful 2017 season, The Greenhouse Sessions are a monthly gathering of influential business leaders, passionate change-makers, experts and people curious to understand how we can leverage emerging technology to save the planet.

But this is so much more than just another tech meet-up.

Using the power of story, a panel of experts, a sprinkling of start-ups, content capture and collaboration, the Greenhouse Sessions promise to educate, inspire and create a framework for collaboration - leaving the audience with the power to author a different future.

In this session, we will be looking at the future of our homes and everything that they are connected to. From looking at changes in how we power our homes to how our smart appliances connected to the internet of things will run our lives, it will be an intriguing (and immersive) glimpse into the home of tomorrow. Be prepared for some tough questions, and some interesting answers from our panelists:

  • Jason Twill - Director at Urban Apostles
  • Joseph Zane Sikulu - Pacific Climate Warrior at 350.org
  • Katerina Kimmorley - Founder of Pollinate Energy & the Innovation Fund, a Cleantech expert, Venture Capitalist, and Social Entrepreneur
  • Gillian Folan - Mechatronics Engineer with Schneider Electric.

The evening's event will also feature three innovative start-ups pitching for your vote, $1,000 in prize money and the chance to win $10,000 at the grand finale.

Get your tickets quickly as this event will reach capacity quickly.

This event is proudly supported by City of Sydney and brought to you in partnership with Lendlease.
