Her background as a clinical dietitian in both public and private hospitals across Sydney, paired with her approachable style, helps families navigate nutrition with confidence, supporting healthy habits and balanced lifestyles. ​​


Alex is passionate about shaping the way early learning centres feed the children in their care. Her mission is to educate cooks, educators and business leaders on how to provide healthier options to young children.
