This is a 6 week program, with sessions every Thursday 4 - 5pm. It is designed to get you moving and increase your strength and fitness level. It will help build a positive connection and build trust with your child/children as all the activities are designed to be done with a little one or two! The more kids you have the harder you will work. It is not a boot camp set up, but fitness based around child lead activities, or activites at their level, so it will be beneficial for all and lots of FUN!
We will start each week with a healthy smoothie to power your bodies, then get into the action!
Please meet on the grass (by the swing set) off Moondine Drv, at Herdsman Lake.
BYO, Mat or towel and water bottle.
