About this Event

Learn the tricks to making Third Wave Specialty coffee at home from an expert barista from coffee roaster Pablo & Rusty's. You will be taught how to make coffee just the way you like. This masterclass will comprise the following:

• Understanding Third Wave Specialty coffee

• What makes an Espresso

• Making a coffee - dialling in your beans and frothing milk

• Latte art

In the comfort of your own home, you'll learn how to extract the best out of fresh beans in a fun and interactive 1 hour 30 minute session*. This class can be attended by Espresso machine owners or Espresso lovers, you don’t need a machine to attend. For those with an espresso machine attending the class, we suggest you have:

• Bean grinder (if not built-in to your machine)

• Fresh Coffee beans - roasted within 1 month

• Full water tank and empty drip tray

• Milk jug & milk/dairy alternative

• Espresso Machine accessories (eg. tamper, double shot single wall basket)

• Cleaning cloth: 1 wet & 1 dry

• Knock box or receptacle for used coffee grounds

• Laptop/mobile device that is fully charged or connected to a power source with zoom capabilities
