About this Event

Learn the Art & Science of breathing for Performance and Recovery.

This training is being run by Functional Breathing™ instructor Glenn Weinert who has been featured in Good Health magazine and who has trained in many modalities.

The purpose of these master classes is to develop a basic understanding of the art and science of breathing for the purpose performance and recovery.

Rather than relying on singular techniques, Functional Breathing has developed the BREATHE Method which is a simple but comprehensive methodology.

  • Improve VO2 Max.
  • Breath Science for performance.
  • Learn to take breath metrics and to use a pulse-oximeter.
  • To compare breathing techniques and when to use which.
  • Learn breath contitioning techniques.

  • Improve recovery
  • Practical: Techniques.

Note: This is an introduction class to advanced breath work. There is a more in-depth Practitioner level training available. This in an intensive 90 minute Performance Master Class which includes printed and online content to help you implement the learnings from this training.
