Description

"I Know What I Should Be Doing...I Just Don't Do It"

***School Teachers Free Ticket*** code at checkout: iteach

This is the single most common statement I hear when people begin justifying their posture or neck/shoulder knots. The next question I ask is,

"So what do you think you should be doing?"

The answer is most often, "sitting up straight".

So why aren't you sitting up straight all day?

"Because it hurts, aches, is too much work, the chair isn't ideal, my core isn't strong enough."

Wrong, wrong and wrong again.

  1. You don't need your core to sit upright. Sitting is effortless when you learn how to balance.
  2. The muscles you are recruiting are not designed for that job.
  3. You can sit upright on any chair...once you know how to manage your body well.

In every single one of the presentations I conduct on sitting, ergonomics and workplace self management and awareness, the most common response is, "why didn't I get shown this 10 years ago?!"

So, do you want to take the work out of desk work?

This workshop is built upon principles of the Alexander Technique and designed for fatigued backs, necks and shoulders. It solves RSI, frozen shoulders, sciatica and frustration.

You will leave feeling empowered and looking forward to work on Monday!

When was the last time you paid to be looking forward to work?
