A FREE workshop for men and women of all ages about how to stay active and in control of your pelvic floor.

 

Women and men at risk of pelvic floor problems.
 You are at risk if you:

 

  •  are pregnant or have had a baby

  •  are returning to exercise after childbirth

  •  have had prostate surgery

  •  are going through menopause

  •  constantly lift heavy objects

  •  have a chronic cough or sneeze

  •  are overweight

  •  are constipated

  •  have had gynecological surgery
