Through transformative breathwork, hypnotic affirmations, and immersive soundscapes, you’ll dissolve built-up stress, restore balance, and awaken fresh momentum for the year ahead.

We begin with a grounding cacao ceremony, followed by the 9D Breathwork Journey. Afterwards, we close with a gentle integration and light refreshments.

Everything is provided — mats, blankets, cushions, and comfort. Just bring your beautiful self and an open heart.

• Glaucoma
• Recent surgery or injury
• Pregnancy
