Join us in our sacred Full Moon Sound Bath women circle.

We invite you to simply rest in a state of pure being, honouring and letting go of the past, and opening up to receive what is approaching. The Full Moon is a powerful time in helping one RELEASE negative energy that is holding you back from living your divine highest good and RENEW for the month ahead.

This special 80 minute event will start with a full moon dance, followed by setting our intentions, then a burning ritual to release all that no longer serves you. Leading into a transformative healing journey with Guided Meditation and Crystal Quartz Bowls, Gong, voice and other sacred instruments. The gong is a sacred and ancient instrument for healing and transformation, releasing tension and blocks in the body.

Sound healing takes you on a journey that offers deep healing on a cellular level, cleansing negative energy and emotions, breaking old unwanted patterns of behaviour and subconscious fears, and resetting the physical, emotional, and mental body into peace, balance and harmony.

• a yoga mat
• your favourite blanket
• A written list on paper of what is no longer serving you that you want to release
• a bottle of water
• an eye mask is optional but highly reccomended for that deep relaxation experience ( eye masks will be available but you are welcome to bring your own)

Free parking is available outside the centre. The sound bath will start at 6.30pm so please be sure to arrive 10 minutes early so you have time to make yourself comfortable.

If the event needs to be cancelled due to changes to COVID restrictions in NSW, a full refund will be issued.
