Full Moon Breath & Sound Ceremony

Come join us for an evening of magic as we tap into the potent Capricorn Full Moon energy for guided breathwork and sound healing.

We'll open the sacred space with a heart awakening cacao ceremony - dropping into our bodies, our intentions, and the group. We will then dive into a deep breathwork sequence while being taken on an intuitive sound healing journey by musician and vocal alchemist, Ali Skiba (@melodiousyogi). Harnessing the full moon energy, our breath and the healing vibrations of sound, we'll work to shift every cell of our beings - moving every molecule and giving us an opportunity to release that which no longer serves us. No previous breathwork experience required.

In honour of the sacred space, please arrive 5-10 minutes early as doors will be locked by 6:40PM.

• Open mind, open heart and willingness to experience the innate healing wisdom of your breath
