Event description
Healthy eating tips and tricks for busy professionals

About this event

One of the most common stumbling blocks to healthy eating is managing appetite and energy levels within a busy work life. When you are making hundreds of work decisions in a day, making a healthy food choice feels almost impossible.

Managing your energy and appetite can often come down to giving yourself enough to eat in your meals and snacks throughout the day. But do you know what that looks like?

Join Clare Wolski, Lead Dietitian at The Heathy Eating Clinic for a 1 hour workshop, exploring the key food hacks that can get you through the a busy workday and help you to perform at your best. Clare will cover:

  • How your lunch can fuel your afternoon better
  • What snacks to reach for to truly boost your energy
  • Easy fallbacks for when plans have to change
  • Tips and tricks to make meal and snack planning simpler

Accredited Practising Dietitian (APD), Clare Wolski has more than 7 years’ experience working with clients to improve their health and wellbeing through food. Clare loves talking to clients and groups about the science of nutrition, but more importantly the practical ways we can make healthy eating easier and less complicated.
