Do you have an abundance of fruits or vegetables that need preserving?
In this workshop, Kat Lavers will take you through the basic techniques for bottling, drying, juicing, jams (both traditional and a healthy sugar-free alternative) and freezing. You will leave with an understanding of how to preserve safely using your own low-cost preserving equipment.
This is a free online workshop for Surf Coast gardeners, however bookings are essential.
Further advice on how to participate will be emailed a few days before the workshop. The workshop will commence at 7:00 pm sharp but we'll be online from 6:45pm to help anyone unfamiliar with the Zoom platform and enjoy a chat about how our gardens are growing.
