FROM VIN TO YIN YOGA WORKSHOP

About this Event
This special 1h45m class begins with some challenging VINyasa (flowing) yoga to open the physical body, stimulate the flow of energy and increase the heart rate.
The second half of the class focuses on long-held YIN poses that work deeply into the connective tissue (fascia), allowing us to relax into the deepest layers of our being.
This workshop is open to practitioners with some experience of yoga wishing to integrate the best of the vinyasa and yin yoga practices
You will leave feeling rejuvenated and restored.
ABOUT YOUR TEACHERS
Deb Shaw is a certified Hatha, Yin, Jivamukti and Trauma-informed Yoga and Meditation Teacher. She loves sharing the healing practices of yoga in an accessible and practical way.
Keith Kempis is an Advanced Certified and 800hr Certified Jivamukti Yoga Teacher, old-school Kirtan wallah (before it was a thing) and the Director BIJA Yoga studio in Penrith, NSW.
