From Values to Action: A Workshop for Mental Health Professionals

The mental health profession relies on resilient, engaged and values driven workers to provide excellence in care to clients and their communities.
From Values to Action Workshop offers participants a framework for applying values based work to not only their client work, but to all areas of their role.
During this three and a half hour workshop, participants will:
Identify the values that underpin your work, so you are clear not just on what you do, but why you do it
Discover how you can weave your values into every aspect of the work you do, from client work, networking and even paperwork
Develop a framework for nurturing a values based work culture, where team members work collectively towards a common mission but also retain their sense of autonomy
Engage in interactive exercises designed so you can immediately apply the content to your work context
Discover how to utilise a values based work model to reduce burnout
Create a personalised, values based career map to put you back in the driver's seat of your career in the mental health profession
Participants are invited to step out of the busyness of their work and to develop a more engaged and sustainable way of working.

The early bird price for this workshop, including refreshments, the journal and access to the closed Facebook group, is only $220 per person (+ booking fee).

There is an optional invitation for participants to come together for a post workshop dinner at a local resturaunt where we can carry on the conversation, make new connections with like minded professionals and dream big for 2017.
