Description

VEP Launch Event: From Success to Significance with Mark Brand and Holly Ransom

Mark Brand is one of North America's foremost social entrepreneurs. With eleven businesses under his belt, he is an example of a new form of leadership that encompasses good in every step.

Mark's keynote will lead us through his journey as a chef-entrepreneur to a Professor of Innovation and how discovering his guiding principles led him from helping one man, to creating businesses built around those who struggle.

In this launch event, Mark talks to complex problem-solver, Holly Ransom, about how mobilising marginalised communities and demonstrating advocacy through action can have a substantial social impact. Hear stories behind projects such as Save On Meats and The Token Program; a cashless system which has fed over 100,000 people in need.
