The COVID-19 pandemic has ensured there is no shortage of advice on how to successfully work from home. Largely, the advice targets individuals, and how they might best set themselves up to remain productive. And almost always not based on evidence.
What’s missing is a focus on the ‘team’ and how a wholly remote or distributed team can remain productive. Join Adopt & Embrace (Microsoft Global Partner of the Year - Teamwork in 2018) and Swoop Analytics (the authors of the world's first Microsoft Teams Benchmarking Report) as we explore how to transition from 'response' to 'recovery'. From a 'brute force' rollout of Microsoft Teams, where we accelerated the deployment of communication infrastucture - to a sustainable approach to communication, collaboration, and coordination for distributed teams that unlocks real value.
We'll focus on:
-
What we can learn from analysing Microsoft Teams - based on the world's first benchmarking report for Microsoft Teams
-
Understanding what good looks like
-
Microsoft Teams best and worst practices
-
The characteristics of high performing distributed or remote teams that unlock sustainable long term value
Speakers:
-
Dr Laurence Lock Lee - Chief Scientist - Swoop Analytics, and co-author of the Swoop Analytics Microsoft Teams benchmarking report).
-
Paul Woods - Founder of Adopt & Embrace, and co-author of "Adopt & Embrace Microsoft Teams: a manager's guide to communication, collaboration and coordination with Microsoft Teams")
