Overview

A practical session for GP Registrars to understand the MBS, avoid mistakes, and bill confidently from the start.

Starting in general practice can feel overwhelming — especially when it comes to understanding the Medicare Benefits Schedule (MBS) and applying it correctly in day-to-day practice.

This practical session is designed for new GP registrars, doctors new to GP, and doctors new to Australia, sharing real-world insights from a GP who’s been there.

You’ll learn:

  1. How the MBS works in real clinical settings
  2. Common MBS mistakes new GPs make — and how to avoid them
  3. How better MBS understanding supports compliant billing and quality patient care
  4. How to build confidence with the MBS from the very start of your GP career

Skip the confusion and start GP training with clarity and confidence.

Join us live and learn what I wish I knew about the MBS when starting GP.
