Friday Evenings Yoga
Shweta has been practicing yoga since 2006. She did a 350 hour breath-centred Hatha yoga teacher training in the classical tradition of T. Krishnamacharya from the Yoga Institute in Cammeray. Shweta’s classes are a combination of playful sequencing for strength and flexibility, and breath-centred movements resulting in a moving meditation.
There are continuous alignment cues and modifications to help beginners settle in, but enough challenges for regular practitioners.
This will be Shweta's last yoga training session for 2016. Don't worry, she will teach us again next year.
