First Vicki will walk you through the benefits of juicing, the best juicers and an easy shortcut to hassle free juicing. And tell you why she is removing the pulp from your diet.
Emmely will then talk about maintaining good gut health, how fibre works to benefit the digestive tract and why she is putting the pulp back in.
We will share delicious fresh juice recipes for you to taste and Emmely will demonstrate how to turn the unused pulp into scrumptious bliss balls. And you get to taste these too.
