About this Event
Mindfulness is sweeping the Western World, and for good reason. The practice has been around for thousands of years, with its physical and mental health benefits now being widely publicised and backed by science.
At its heart mindfulness is a simple form of mediation, which can be practiced anywhere at any time! These sessions are guided mindfulness including a variety of techniques such as mindful breathing, mindfulness of sensing, muscle mindfulness, mindful imagery, and mindfulness of space.
The FremantleMind Inc. Youth Mental Health and Wellbeing services are proudly supported by the Department of Communities.
What ages is it suitable for?
These sessions are suitable for young people aged 12+
When?
6pm - 6.30pm Wednesdays

The FremantleMind Inc. Hub at 3 Beach Street, Fremantle
What to bring?
An open mind, heart and attitude are essential.
