Are you looking to switch up your weekly meal plan and throw in something you wouldn't usually cook? Get inspired by French cuisine at this cooking class with François' Private Kitchen and try out some new easy recipes you can recreate in your own kitchen!
During this beginner-friendly class, you will learn how to make six flavourful French savoury tarts with guidance from Michelin star Chef Francois himself! You will learn to create delectable textures and flavours and unique cooking techniques to combine ingredients to be able to create tasty and healthy French quiches.
On the menu:
Quiche Lorraine (bacon and Comte cheese)
Smoked salmon, asparagus, Mushroom, fennel and baby spinach tart
Pear, red onion and Roquefort tart Tatin
Summer cherry tomato, mozzarella and basil made with homemade puff pastry
Pissaladiere: sweet caramelized onions, briny anchovies and olives make up the topping for this traditional Provençal tart made with yeast dough
