Use artistic mediums to enrich and deepen your self-awareness, providing a process to enable participants to explore their self, and express their way of seeing and being in the world. Regular sessions enable a range of mediums to be explored.

An open mind, heart and attitude are essential. Materials for each session will be provided.

Free to the local community. Spaces are limited so please register your attendance with a free ticket to avoid disappointment.
