This government promised to support you through:

• Conversion to permanency for fixed-term contracts,
• Direct employment of public sector staff, and
• Ending to privatisation.

Taking a ‘machete’ to the public service is unacceptable. Cuts didn’t work for the last government, they won’t work for this one.

We need an agreement that respects the work you do, protects your job security and makes-good on their election promises.
