Description

Are you interested in making sustainable food choices? Come along to this workshop to learn the difference between products which are organic, natural, ethical and fair trade. Find out ways you can reduce food waste and food miles.

Location and Parking: Castle Hill Library is located on the corner of Castle and Pennant Streets, Castle
Hill. The library is located above Castle Grand Community Centre. 3 Hour parking is available, access via Castle Street.

What to Bring: If you wish to make notes during the workshop, please bring along a notepad and pen.

Important Information:

  • Workshops are only available to residents of The Hills Shire Council. Bookings essential. Registrations open from 9am, Thursday 12 July 2017.

  • If registering for more than one person, the name, contact number and home address details of the participant must be provided.

  • Children are welcome, however they must be accompanied by an adult person (18 years or older).

  • Participation is limited to one attendance per workshop unless you have received written approval. If you have attended this workshop in the past and wish to attend again, please contact the Resource Recovery Education Officer.

  • Cancellations must be notified as soon as possible to ensure your spot can be offered to other residents.
