Have you ever thought about making your own jam at home? Making jam is a great way to preserve excess fruit and reduce food waste. This free, hands on workshop will teach you all you need to know.
Location and Parking: Castle Grand Community Centre is located on the corner of Castle and Pennant Streets, Castle Hill. The Community Centre is located the level below the library. 3 Hour parking is available, access via Castle Street.
What to bring: Please ensure you wear sturdy, enclosed shoes and bring along an apron and reusable shopping bag.
Important Information: Please note that due to limited places, this workshop is only available to residents of The Hills Shire. Participants must be over the age of 14 and accompanied by an adult. Bookings essential.
